November Pilates Classes

All the classes are going well. We have been using the large stability ball this month by popular request. The free “Try Out” class was well attended. One more before Christmas on December 10th at 8.30am. Both Beginner classes are full, so we are taking names for new classes in January. Happy Christmas shopping !!
