If you are new to Pilates, you can choose between three options:
Enrol for a series of 1:1 or 1:2 private sessions, where you will be introduced to the basic elements and teaching of the Pilates method on an individual basis by a qualified instructor. You can continue to exercise under personal supervision on the same basis for as long as you wish.
Alternatively, following a series of introductory private sessions as above, you may prefer to join up to 3 others in studio sessions under the general supervision of an instructor.
To join a mat class, you must first have enrolled for a series of introductory private sessions before being placed in a class appropriate to your needs and exercise level; or you can enrol for a Beginner Course which would be likely to develop into a new mat class once the initial period is completed.
